Sowing: March to October in humus-rich soil. It is sown directly in the ground: Dig furrows 2 to 3 cm deep with the handle of your rake, sow your seeds in a row , cover lightly with soil, tamp with the back of the rake and water in a fine rain. Thin the plants as soon as they have 3 or 4 leaves, keeping the best ones, so as to have a plant every 8/10 cm. Water regularly. Exposure: partial shade and sunny in winter. Harvest: May to January, 6 weeks after sowing.
