All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

A second notification is sent as soon as  when the order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are delivered within 5 to 20 days time internationally (depending of carriers) after the order has been processed, fulfilled and shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number that you can use to check the delivery status.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking code to be valid and enabled once you have received it.

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@fulminafood.com with your name and order number, we will then look into it and revert to you in priority.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case we will refund the full amount of the order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@fulminafood.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but please rest assured that we always do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
