Pancalier cabbage from Touraine
$ 15.00
Local variety of the Centre-Val de Loire region
Very rare variety. Short foot. Very ample leaves, numerous, of a very dark green, with large and wide blisters. The outer leaves spread out completely on the ground. Round head, rather small compared to the dimensions of the plant, loosely packed and often incompletely formed. We let’s participate in its preservation and reproduction by uniting our efforts with those of the URGC (Union of Genetic Resources of the Center Region), whose purpose is to save vegetable varieties and ancient animal breeds that are endangered.< /i>
