Bishop’s Bonnet pepper

$ 13.50

Pretty mild pepper with very little heat. The flesh is a bright orange-red and the taste is particularly tasty. The shape of this pepper is reminiscent of a bishop’s cap.

Harvest: July to September

Sowing in a bucket: Start your sowing in a small terrine from mid-February to mid -April (18/20° night and day) in seed compost, cover your seeds by 0.5 cm, pack and keep moist. After the Saints-de-glace, when the frosts are no longer to be feared, and your plants will have reached 15/20 cm, plant your peppers by burying them in the ground, up to the first leaves, in a hole with manure, compost or a few nettle leaves if necessary. Space them 60 cm apart. Water abundantly the first days, then during the summer water regularly.
